Overview

IT Sourcing Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand IT role requirements and define sourcing strategies.
Source, screen, and engage
IT professionals
through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain a
talent pipeline
for current and future IT hiring needs.
Use Boolean search, X-ray search, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-qualification discussions.
Collaborate with recruiters on candidate shortlists and interview scheduling.
Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM systems.
Track and report on sourcing metrics (e.g., pipeline strength, response rates, time-to-source).
Stay updated on
IT industry trends, emerging skills, and competitive hiring landscape
.
Promote employer brand through professional networking and online presence.
