About the Role

Senior Recruiter


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Proactively source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other innovative methods.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy in ATS and provide regular reporting/updates to stakeholders.
  • Drive diversity hiring initiatives and implement best practices in inclusive recruitment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and salary benchmarking.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience

    , preferably in a mix of corporate and/or agency environments.
  • Proven track record managing

    high-volume requisitions

    and filling niche roles (technical or non-technical).
  • Strong experience with ATS (Workday, Greenhouse, BrassRing, iCIMS, or similar).
  • Excellent sourcing skills and comfort using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements in recruiting.
