Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level tech roles (Engineering, Product, etc.)
Collaborate with hiring managers to define and deliver hiring strategies
Mentor and guide junior recruiters
Develop and sustain tech talent pipelines.
Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
Ensure smooth, professional candidate experience

Preferred candidate profile

5-10 years of experience in tech hiring (agency or in-house)
Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple roles independently
Experience leading or mentoring a small recruitment team
Strong communication and organizational skills
