Position: Senior Recruiter - Blue Collar Recruitment
Qualification: P.G in HR
Experience: 10–15 Years

Max CTC Offer: 4.50 LPA to 8.00 LPA
Job Location: Vadapalani, Chennai

Key Responsibilities

· Source Blue Collar manpower through various channels (Social Media, Campus Placement, Job Fair, etc.).

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, keep candidate databases updated.

· Schedule interviews, complete onboarding and facilitate orientation and training for new hires.

· Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring status to management.

Requirements

· Strong communication (English, Tamil & Hindi) and interpersonal skills.

· Experience in Govt Schemes such as BOAT, NAPS, NATS, Naan Muthalvan, PMKVY.

· Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including candidate assessment, negotiation, and closing hires.

· Familiarity with blue-collar industries and their specific hiring needs is beneficial.
