Senior Recruiter

Role Overview: As a Senior Recruiter at ACA Group, you will play a vital role in achieving the hiring objectives for the Pune office. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, interviewing, evaluating job candidates, advising hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This hybrid role requires you to spend three days per week in the office. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with HR Business Partners to define recruiting requirements. - Develop an understanding of the organization's recruiting plans and objectives. - Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through various sourcing channels. - Create high-quality adverts and social media postings to attract qualified candidates. - Source candidates to meet both current and future recruitment needs. - Manage interview processes and collaborate with the business to ensure successful outcomes. - Assist in compensation negotiations and offers with business unit leaders and HR Business Partners. - Ensure accurate reporting through data management in HRIS and Excel formats. - Handle ad-hoc projects to support various client and internal initiatives at ACA. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree preferred, with a major or concentration in business, human resources, sales, or related field. - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), with experience in Success Factors being preferred. - 6+ years of experience in full project life cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced corporate environment or financial services-focused agency recruiting firm.
