Senior Recruiter

Job Title: Recruiter (IT & Non-IT) – Work from Home

Job Type: Full-Time | Remote (WFH)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months in Recruitment (IT and/or Non-IT)

Language Requirement: English & Hindi (Compulsory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment for IT and non-IT roles.
• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinating interviews and managing candidate experience.
• Leading and mentoring recruitment team members (if applicable).
• Building strong networks with candidates and clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT and non-IT recruitment.
• Experience in handling or leading a recruitment team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
