dynamic and assertive Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Task Assignment & Monitoring

  • Allocate daily/weekly tasks to departments (Sales, Marketing, Training, Placement, Operations, etc.) ensuring clarity and timelines.

  • Track task completion rigorously and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Question, probe, and hold individuals accountable for delays or underperformance.
  • Productivity Management

  • Monitor employee output and ensure teams are engaged for the defined work hours

  • Identify gaps in effort and results, push for corrective actions immediately.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and smooth collaboration between sales, training, HR, and placement.
  • Reporting & Escalation

  • Provide daily progress reports

     and 

    weekly dashboards

     to management.
  • Escalate bottlenecks early and propose practical solutions.
  • Serve as the single source of truth for task status and project progress.
  • Process Adherence

  • Define & enforce SOPs across departments (sales closures, training admin, HR, finance, etc.).

  • Audit compliance with internal systems: Asana, Zoho Bigin CRM, Notion, Slack, Keka, Edmingle LMS.
  • Continuously optimize workflows for higher efficiency.
  • Leadership & People Management

  • Motivate, guide, and push teams to deliver consistently.

  • Resolve conflicts, balance workloads, and ensure team discipline.
  • Be firm, result-oriented, and command respect as a 

    driver of execution

Key Requirements

  • Proven 

    3–7 years of experience

     as a Project Manager / Operations Manager in 

    EdTech, IT Training, or Corporate Services

    .
  • Strong ability to manage multiple departments and ensure measurable output.
  • Exceptional skills in task assignment, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with 

    project management tools

     (Asana, Zoho, Notion, Slack, etc.).
  • Assertive personality with the ability to question, demand accountability, and enforce discipline.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on results, deadlines, and KPIs.
