We are looking for Product Owner to work on groundbreaking affiliate Marketing Application that helps brands to directly reach customers through trusted publishers and influence their buying decision. Every year we launch new product lines or features either for our Advertisers or Publishers and as a Product owner you will be leading a particular line of product or features
Product Owner will own complete product or subset of product and build the best possible product by effectively engaging with team members. Product owner will have a vision for the product that is being built. The person in this role will be working closely with key partners throughout the organization, so he / she should be able to communicate and keep them informed on overall health of the project.

Responsibilities

Product Assessment : Market research for new product feature, Competitor analysis

Collaborate with business teams to assess ongoing business needs, identify new products or features, KPI or impact creation of these new features

Conveys the Vision and Goals at the beginning of every Release and Sprint and represents the customer, interfaces and engages the customer

Design and spec review, including test plan, performance testing and sizing and benchmark

Translate above needs into systems requirements

Creates and Maintains the Product Backlog ; Prioritizes and sequences the backlog according to business priority

Help teams with the elaboration of Epics, Themes and Features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint

Participate in Agile scrum ceremonies and track the product progress at the end of every Sprint with complete authority to accept or reject work done

Coordinate with other product owners in India and North America on overall product roadmap and global prioritization

Review and give feedback & approve product deliveries according to acceptance criteria within the area of responsibility

Own release note and release notification

Work with UX team to ensure product's usability

Identify, track and resolve project issues and risks

Communicates the progress and challenges with key partners

Setup and configure the product environments for the client demo

Communicate and coordinate with client teams to prioritize the hotfix to support critical projects

Mentor the team members/BSAs
Qualifications
-
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business or Marketing fields or equivalent experience in product management is required
- 6+ years of business analysis experience around database marketing technologies and data management, and technical understanding in these areas
- 4+ years' experience as product owner in digital marketing product or data integration platform with a solid understanding of users, the marketplace, the competition and of future trends of the Marketing and customer data platform space
- Good experience in SQL, Cloud (AWS), Big data, API and web technologies
- Good experience in working with geographically and culturally diverse teams
- Experience in working with Matrix organizations
- Familiarity with multi-channel client installations and integrations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle complex product
- Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems quickly
Nice to have qualifications:

Certification in Digital Marketing
- Exposure to Product implementation
- Functional knowledge of CRM, Marketing, Loyalty domains
- Familiar with Agile Methodologies - Scrum
