THE ROLE

OPPORTUNITIES

• Product Vision & Backlog Ownership- Define, maintain, and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap. Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects business value & strategic goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration- Engage with business stakeholders, users, and development teams to gather requirements, clarify needs, and align priorities.
• Agile Execution- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Provide ongoing feedback and decision-making to support iterative development.
• User-Centric Design- Advocate for the user by translating their needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. Ensure delivered solutions meet usability and performance expectations.
• Regulatory & Compliance Awareness- Incorporate relevant regulatory, risk, and compliance considerations into backlog items and development plans.
• Performance & Value Tracking- Monitor the product’s performance against KPIs and business outcomes, adjusting priorities as needed.

• Technical Literacy- Ability to engage effectively with technical teams, understanding system implications and feasibility of solutions.
• Analytical Thinking- Skilled in interpreting data, identifying patterns, and making evidence-based decisions.
• Customer Focus- Passion for delivering value to customers through user-centered design and continuous feedback loops.
• Agile Mindset- Familiarity with Agile principles and experience working within Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
