About The Role

Were looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead and scale our Talent Management product.This is a strategic and high-impact role where you will shape the product roadmap, work cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions, and drive adoption among global enterprises.Youll be responsible for ensuring the product evolves with the needs of large-scale customers, while maintaining the speed and agility of a startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership : Lead the strategy, development, and scaling of our Talent Management product with full ownership of the product lifecycle.
  • Roadmap & Execution : Define and deliver on a product roadmap that balances long-term vision with agile delivery.
  • Cross-functional Leadership : Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to align product priorities with business objectives.
  • Customer Engagement : Interface directly with enterprise clients to gather insights, understand pain points, and shape feature development.
  • User Experience : Continuously optimize product usability, onboarding, and retention to deliver a seamless enterprise-grade experience.
  • Data-Driven Iteration : Use product analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions and measure the impact of releases.
  • Compliance & Scalability : Ensure the product meets enterprise-level standards for security, compliance, and & Skills :
  • 5+ years of experience in product management within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in scaling enterprise products, particularly in high-compliance sectors.
  • Strong track record of delivering measurable impact through structured, iterative product development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong bias toward execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
  • Proficient in using data and analytics tools to guide decision-making and product direction.
  • Domain experience in HR Tech, OKRs, Talent/Performance Management, or related areas is preferred
