Senior Product Manager

About the Role

Are you a product leader who loves building complex fintech products and taking them to new markets? At Finkraft, we are expanding our product portfolio with Virtual Cards and entering international markets, starting with the Middle East. We are looking for a Fintech Product Leader who can own the end-to-end product journey — from strategy and compliance to partnerships and go-to-market execution.

Core Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the Virtual Cards product.
  

• Own product discovery, prioritisation, and execution from MVP to scale.
  

• Define pricing, controls, reconciliation flows, and reporting capabilities.
  

Payments & Compliance

• Work with issuing banks, processors, and partners to enable card issuance and settlement.
  

• Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure regulatory readiness across markets.
  

• Ensure strong KYC, AML, PCI and payments governance in product design.
  

Middle East Expansion

• Lead product localisation for Middle East markets (currency, VAT, invoicing, workflows).
  Support partner selection and integration for regional expansion.

• Drive pilots and scale-up strategies in GCC markets.
  

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Ops, Finance, and Partnerships.
  

• Act as the single product owner accountable for outcomes.
  

Core Skills

• Strong product ownership mindset with bias toward execution.
  

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and regulatory complexity.
  

• Clear decision-making backed by data and customer insight.
  

• Strong stakeholder and partner management skills.
  

Technical & Functional Competencies

• 6–10 years of product management experience in fintech or payments.
  

• Deep understanding of card rails, virtual cards, settlement, and reconciliation.
  

• Experience launching products in regulated environments.
  

• Familiarity with international expansion or Middle East markets is a strong advantage
