• Define and prioritize product features, creating clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Build and maintain product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives
• Define and document APIs to integrate internal and external systems
• Work with relational database designs to ensure scalability and performance
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies to drive delivery and team efficiency
• Analyze customer feedback and product data to enhance user experience
• Serve as the voice of the customer to ensure market relevance
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
• 2–3 years of product management experience, ideally in a data-focused role
• Proven experience defining APIs and working with tools like Postman or Curl
• Hands-on relational database design and optimization skills
• Strong Agile/Scrum expertise and leadership in cross-functional teams
• A proactive, detail-driven mindset with a bias for action
• Experience using Azure DevOps (AZDO) Boards and Wiki
• Background in big data products or analytics platforms
• Knowledge of the hospitality sector
