• Job Title: Frontend Developer (ReactJS / Next.js / TypeScript)
• Location: Gurugram, Delhi NCR, India (Global Service Centre) - Hybrid 3 days per week
• Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Position Overview

ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clean, scalable, and high-performance frontend code.
• Collaborate with backend developers and UI/UX designers to integrate new and existing systems.
• Ensure code quality through proactive testing and debugging.
• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, fully responsive web interfaces.
• Build and maintain

  custom UI component libraries

  for reusability and scalability.
• Apply modern best practices for accessibility, performance, and responsiveness.
• Manage complex dependencies and frontend build pipelines.
• Champion a clean codebase and help define frontend development standards.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience

  as a Frontend Engineer or Developer.
• Deep expertise in

  ReactJS

  ,

  Next.js

  , and

  TypeScript

  .
• Strong hands-on experience with

  TailwindCSS

  and modern CSS methodologies.
• Solid experience with frontend build tools like

  Webpack

  ,

  Turbo

  ,

  npm

  , or

  Yarn

  .
• Proven ability to turn Figma or design files into

  pixel-perfect, responsive UIs

  .
• Proficiency with version control tools, especially

  Git

  .
• Awareness of

  web accessibility standards (WCAG)

  and how to implement them.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating

  reusable UI component libraries

  or design systems.
• Familiarity with

  modern development workflows

  , including CI/CD and code reviews.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based teams.
