Front-End Developer (React) with UI/UX Design Skills Location: Mohali, India Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in office, 1–2 days remote per week) Experience: 2–5 Years Position Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a highly creative and technically strong Front-End Developer (React) who also possesses strong UI/UX design capabilities . The ideal candidate understands modern front-end architectures, builds clean and scalable interfaces, and uses AI tools to accelerate design and development workflows . This role is perfect for someone who loves crafting seamless user experiences while writing high-quality, efficient code. Key Responsibilities Develop responsive, high-performance web interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. Translate UI/UX wireframes and design concepts into functional React components. Work closely with product and design teams to improve user flows and overall UX. Utilize AI-assisted design tools (Cursor,Figma AI, Midjourney, etc.) to speed up ideation, prototyping, and visual design tasks. Maintain and optimize the front-end codebase for performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality. Contribute to component libraries, design systems, and UI standards. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in front-end development , specifically with React.js . Strong UI/UX design skills and an understanding of user-centered design principles. Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch , or other design tools. Familiarity with AI tools for design and development workflows. Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design. Experience with Git, API integration, and modern front-end tooling. Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate design/technical decisions clearly. Nice-to-Have Experience with animations, micro-interactions, or motion UI. Knowledge of Next.js or other modern frameworks. Experience building or maintaining design systems.
