You’re a top-tier product designer who operates like a product owner for experience. You don’t just design screens, you shape systems, define the right problems, and drive toward outcomes. You’re obsessed with making complex products feel obvious, and you bring both UX rigor and UI polish to everything you touch.You’re a design leader through craft and influence, not org charts. You thrive in ambiguity, love digging into the underlying mechanics of a solution, and naturally think in terms of user value, business impact, and what it takes to ship. You partner deeply with product and engineering, bring a confident point of view, and help elevate the bar across the design team and platform.You’re excited by AI not as a novelty, but as a new operating layer for software, and you want to build experiences that make AI feel trustworthy, powerful, and human.

You Will
- Design the AI OS Experience End-to-End: Own and evolve core experiences across Fello’s AI Operating System, spanning vertical data intelligence, marketing automation, workflow automation, conversational AI agents, agentic workflows, and AI-native CRM features.
- Turn Intelligence into Action: Design how users discover insights, understand meaning, and take the next best action with minimal friction.
- Shape Conversational and Agentic AI UX: Create intuitive, high-trust experiences for AI agents, including interaction patterns, controls, transparency, and human-in-the-loop handoffs.
- Lead with Product Thinking: Work side-by-side with PM and engineering to frame problems, define success, and explore multiple solution paths before converging.
- Lead Through Influence: Set a high craft bar, mentor by example, and drive clarity across teams without needing formal people management.
- Drive Platform Consistency: Build and refine cross-platform patterns so the product feels cohesive even as capabilities expand.
- Elevate the Design System: Help evolve a scalable design system that supports speed, quality, and AI-era interaction patterns.
- Prototype, Test, Iterate: Move fast from concept to prototype, validate with users and data, and refine based on what actually works in the wild.
- Communicate with Clarity: Present work in a way that aligns teams, unblocks decisions, and keeps execution moving.
You Have
- Experience: 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, data-rich products, automation platforms, or AI-native tools.
- Systems-Level Thinking: You’ve designed products that span multiple domains or surfaces and know how to make the whole feel simple and connected.
- Strong UX + UI Craft: Expert in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design. You simplify hard problems without dumbing them down.
- Compelling Portfolio: Shows end-to-end work where you framed the problem, explored options, aligned stakeholders, and shipped impactful outcomes.
- Product-Minded Approach: You naturally think in priorities, tradeoffs, sequencing, and measurable results.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, components, libraries, prototyping). Comfort with responsive patterns and tight design-for-dev collaboration.
- Excellent Communication: You’re clear, direct, and persuasive, and can guide cross-functional teams through ambiguity.
- Adaptability: Comfortable operating at high speed with high standards in a hyper-growth environment.
- Curiosity for Innovation: You stay ahead of UX, automation, and AI trends and translate them into practical product improvements.
