Senior Product Designer

As a Digital product Designer your goal is to understand the business needs and the product requirement, empathize with the people who will be using it and transform one's understanding into the product / Service with a user centric approach. You will ensure that all elements of the user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness and exceptional visual design.

Job Location:- Hyderabad

Work Mode:- Work from Office

Notice Period:- Immediate to 15 days

Responsibilities

• Excellent storytelling skills to generate empathy, craft a vision, design for impact, using written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Brainstorm concepts, competitor study, create mockups, finalize direction then translate into intuitive designs.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
• Create or work within the visual style guide of the brand that communicates the identity, including the screen layouts, color palettes, typography, user interface elements, and icons
• Creatively solving hard problems, driving complex design issues across multidisciplinary groups such as engineering, product management, research and marketing; and shipping relevant experiences within deadlines
• Communicate design intent to the stakeholders and teams. Explaining design work and advocate for users’ needs.

Required Skills

• Passion for design along with a strong command of interaction and visual design capabilities
• Problem-solving attitude and continuous learning approach
• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
• Should be able to work on various interfaces
• Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, sketch)
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Skills commensurable to 0-2 years of professional experience in interaction and user interface design
