Where You Can Create Impact

• Own end-to-end product design—from discovery and ideation to final execution.
• Design intuitive B2B SaaS workflows, dashboards, and multi-step user journeys.
• Translate AI-powered workflows and automation into simple, user-friendly experiences.
• Collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to ship outcomes, not just screens.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights and data.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Participate in design critiques and contribute to product and UX strategy.
• Clearly articulate design decisions, trade-offs, and rationale to stakeholders.
  

Requirements

Requirements for the Role

Must-have Skills

• 5-6 years of experience in Product Design / UX / UI Design.
• Strong experience designing B2B SaaS products.
• Proven ability to design complex workflows and systems-heavy interfaces.
• Exposure to AI-driven products, automation tools, or intelligent workflows.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, design thinking, and impact.
• Expert proficiency with Figma (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of design outcomes.
  

Good-to-have Skills

• Experience working across both B2B and B2C products.
• Exposure to fintech, AI/ML, data-heavy, or platform products.
• Familiarity with usability testing tools and research methodologies.
• Understanding of front-end constraints and smooth design-to-dev handoff.
• Ability to think beyond UI and influence product direction through design.
