Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Payroll Executive located in Gurgaon. The Senior Payroll Executive will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and handling employee queries regarding payroll. Daily tasks include processing payroll data, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and coordinating with the finance and HR departments for seamless operations. The role also involves auditing payroll procedures and implementing improvements for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Payroll Management, Payroll Processing, and Payroll Compliance
• Strong knowledge of Taxation, Labor Laws, and Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in Payroll Software and HRIS systems
• Excellent Analytical, Organizational, and Communication Skills
• Attention to Detail and Strong Problem-Solving Abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll or related field
