Senior Payroll Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Payroll Executive with 2–3 years of experience in payroll management within the facility management industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT), and strong communication skills in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately calculate gross salary, deductions, and net take-home for employees.
• Prepare and maintain payroll files, ensuring timely and error-free salary processing.
• Generate and file PF, ESIC, and PT challans in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Handle monthly payroll reconciliations and address discrepancies.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Operations teams for smooth payroll processing.
• Maintain employee payroll records and respond to employee queries related to salary.
• Support in preparing reports related to payroll, attendance, and overtime.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good understanding of salary structure components (CTC, gross, deductions, net pay).
• Hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, and PT compliance and challan generation.
• Ability to work with payroll software and MS Excel.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and English.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, HR, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in the facility management industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
