Senior Payroll Executive

As an HR Coordinator at our company, your role involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information and employment history. You will also be responsible for handling statutory compliance and addressing employee queries and grievances to contribute to a positive work environment. Utilizing HR software and tools will be essential for streamlining HR processes and ensuring data accuracy. Additionally, experience in attendance validation, leave management, and other related tasks is required. Key Responsibilities: - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information and employment history. - Experience in statutory compliance. - Addressing employee queries and grievances, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. - Utilizing HR software and tools to streamline HR processes and maintain data accuracy. - Experience in attendance validation, leave management, and other relevant tasks. Qualifications Required: - Sound Knowledge in MS-Office (Word/Excel). - Bachelor's degree required. - 2 years of experience in compliance management preferred. - 5 years of experience in Microsoft Excel and human resources preferred. - Proficiency in Hindi preferred.
