Job Description

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
  • Validate attendance, leave records, overtime, and other pay-related inputs.
  • Handle full and final settlements for resigned employees.
  • Maintain employee master data and salary structure in payroll software.
  • Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including PF, ESI, LWF, and Income Tax.
  • Generate and file monthly/quarterly returns and challans (PF, ESI and TDS).
  • Maintain and update statutory registers and records as per compliance norms.
  • Coordinate with auditors during payroll or compliance audits.
  • Prepare monthly HR MIS reports – headcount, attendance, attrition, overtime, salary variance, and cost analysis.
  • Provide management reports on payroll cost, department-wise manpower, and absenteeism trends.
  • Support HR in budgeting and manpower cost forecasting.
  • Maintain employee data in HRIS and generate customized reports as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
