Accounts Payable Executive Pune 4 - 7 years INR 4.5 - 6.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities TECHNICAL/ FUNCTIONAL & OPERATIONAL: 5-7 years and above experience in Accounts Payable process (Invoice processing / T&E / Payments process) PO & Non-PO Invoice Processing, T&E and payments Follow-up with the delivery team / head office & Vendor for right information to book invoice Payment process SEZ Compliance Payroll, Taxation, Statutory compliance, GST, IGAAP Work in sync with treasury team for payment/funds. Support the audit process and requirements. Target month end closing activities. Accurate and timely processing of all supplier invoices and employee expense claims, across all countries Preparation of payment runs as directed across multiple banking platforms in multiple currencies Maintain different entities & book of accounts for respective entities. Windows experience 4-5 Years (All Windows Server and Workstation) Linux experience 2-3years (Centos, RHEL, Suse) Intermediate to expert level in GPO, Login Script, DHCP, DNS, AD/LDAP, WDS system integration. Complete understanding of Windows Active Directory and Administration. Beginner to intermediate level with automated rendering systems (Qube!, Rush, Muster, Smedge, Deadline, etc) Beginner to intermediate level in windows shell scripting and python Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or related field. Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MSCE), MCP is must. Other certifications like RHCE, CCNA etc is plus. 4-5 years experience working and maintaining servers, network switches, computer hardware and software, email, and phone systems. Hands on experience of managing 200+ workstation is plus. Flexibility to work extended hours and/or weekends to meet project deadlines.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES TECHNICAL/ FUNCTIONAL: Manage and process PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, and other statutory compliances Ensure accurate & timely submission of challans, returns, and reports Handle Mediclaim/insurance administration enrolments, claims, renewals Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation as per compliance norms Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and auditors Support statutory inspections, audits, and reconciliations Prepare & publish periodic compliance MIS/reports (including CD balance tracking) Keep track of statutory changes and ensure HR processes are updated accordingly OPERATIONAL: Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory laws Hands-on experience in challan generation, filings, and returns Familiarity with HRMS/payroll tools for compliance processing Experience in insurance/mediclaim management Good command over MS Excel, reporting, and data reconciliation Strong attention to detail & ability to meet strict timelines INTERPERSONAL: Graduate / Postgraduate (HR specialization preferred) Certification in Labour Laws/Compliance will be an added advantage Strong organizational & documentation skills Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace; HRMS exposure, bonus Good understanding of HR compliance & labour laws (training provided) Exposure to end-to-end HR compliance & statutory processes High integrity & eagerness to learn
