Senior Payroll Executive

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  Payroll, Attendance, and Overtime systems, caculation and recon

• Familiarity with

  Labour Laws and Statutory Compliances

  .
• Excellent Excel skills and analytical mindset.

• Hands-on experience in

  HRMS tools (Adrenalin , GreytHR, etc.)

  .
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work under tight timelines with precision and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

Time & Attendance Management:

• Maintain and monitor

  attendance systems and leave records

  .
• Manage

  shift rosters

  ,

  leave approvals

  , and

  regularization requests

  .
• Track

  late marks, absences, and overtime

  with department heads.
• Generate monthly

  attendance and overtime reports

  for payroll input.

Overtime & MIS Reporting:

• Calculate

  overtime hours

  as per policy and ensure accurate payout.
• Maintain OT registers and coordinate with production/department leads.
  
• Prepare and present periodic

  HR operations dashboards / MIS reports

  .

HR Operations & Compliance:

• Support employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, transfers, exits).
  
• Maintain updated employee records and personal files.
  
• Liaise with vendors for HR systems and payroll tools.
  
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and audit requirements.

Payroll & Compensation:

• Ensure accurate and timely

  monthly payroll processing

  .
• Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and statutory submissions.
  
• Validate salary inputs (new joins, exits, LOP, variable pay, attendance).
  
• Manage

  PF, ESIC, PT, TDS

  , and other compliance activities.
• Handle payroll-related queries and reconciliations.
