Role Overview: The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing statutory compliance, handling employee grievances, and supporting payroll processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely deposit and filing of challans for PF, ESIC, LWF, Professional Tax, and Labor Welfare Fund . Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance audits. Stay updated with changes in labor laws and statutory regulations. Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing by providing accurate employee data. Verify attendance, leave records, and deductions for salary computation. Grievance Handling: Address employee queries and grievances promptly and professionally. Maintain grievance records and ensure timely resolution. HR Operations: Support in onboarding and exit formalities. Maintain employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy. Assist in HR audits and compliance checks. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in HR operations with focus on statutory compliance. Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, LWF, Professional Tax, and labor laws . Proficiency in MS Excel Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under deadlines and maintain confidentiality. Preferred Attributes: Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
