Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries, including bonuses, incentives, arrears, and full & final settlements. - Maintain and update employee records, salary structures, and statutory deduction details. Qualification Required: - MBA in Human Resource Management or a related HR degree is mandatory.
