Job Summary:

Unisis Engineering is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage and process payroll for four group companies covering over 480 employees. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, and employee compensation management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for four group companies (480+ employees) on a monthly basis.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries, including bonuses, incentives, arrears, and full & final settlements.
• Collect, verify, and consolidate timesheets, attendance, leave data, and other payroll inputs.
• Maintain and update employee records, salary structures, and statutory deduction details.
• Prepare and distribute payslips and other payroll-related documents.
• Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursements, and support monthly payroll reconciliations and audits.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and current payroll regulations.
• Address payroll-related queries from employees and management.
• Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and HR best practices.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in payroll processing
• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of payroll software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.

Educational Qualification:

• MBA in Human Resource Management or a related HR degree is mandatory.
