Hiring: Senior Payroll Executive (India)
Company: Floraison (www.floraison.in) Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru (Near Metro) Work Model: Hybrid (3 days Office / 2 days WFH)
Role Highlights & Must-Haves:
1. End-to-End Payroll: Hands-on experience processing Indian payroll for employees.
2. Software Expertise: MANDATORY experience with GreytHR or KEKA.
3. Tax Compliance: Strong knowledge of Income Tax computation under Old & New Tax Regimes.
4. PF Compliance Expert: Must have handled all Provident Fund (PF) compliance duties:
5. Onboarding/Offboarding on the PF portal. UAN/Aadhaar linking and employee requests.
6. Client Facing: Excellent, independent communication skills (written & verbal) for interfacing with international client counterparts.
