Technical Recruiter

Job Title: Technical Recruiter Location: Gurugram Sector 18 Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 1-3years Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team and help attract top-tier tech talent. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process—from identifying hiring needs to sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for technical roles. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategy. Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule technical assessments and interviews with hiring teams. Maintain candidate data and recruitment metrics using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Stay up-to-date with current recruiting trends, technologies, and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in technical hiring. Familiarity with technical roles and terminology (e.g., software engineers, developers, DevOps, QA). Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and recruiting software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
