Role Overview- We are seeking a Senior Manager – Operations who will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure seamless project delivery, and contribute to business growth. This role is suited for a seasoned professional with entrepreneurial acumen, industry connections, and strong leadership skills to drive profitability and team success.

Key Responsibilities-

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across all projects and business verticals.
• Drive P&L ownership by ensuring profitability, efficiency, and cost control.
• Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing project and operations teams.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, PMCs, architects, and industry peers.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
• Act as a strategic partner to management, contributing to business expansion and long-term growth. Identify and implement operational efficiencies to optimize workflows and resource allocation.
• Represent the company at industry forums and networks, strengthening Futureal’s brand positioning. Manage client expectations and ensure exceptional client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.

Candidate Profile-

• BE / B.Arch with 10–12 years of proven experience in Project Management, Interior Fit-outs, or Design & Build firms.
• Strong business acumen with P&L management exposure.
• A natural people’s leader with experience in building and managing teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and scale business operations.
• Well-connected with leading architects, PMCs, contractors, and clients.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within cost.
