Futureal is a part of a Turnkey Project development firm specializing in commercial, industrial, healthcare, and educational fit-outs across South India. We deliver projects with precision, efficiency, and on-time execution while ensuring quality and client satisfaction. 

 

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Procurement & Tendering to join our team and drive procurement efficiency, vendor management, and tendering processes. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Tender & RFP Management: 
  • Review, analyze, and respond to all Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and tenders. 
  • Prepare competitive bids in alignment with project requirements and timelines. 
  • Vendor & Supplier Management: 
  • Identify, appoint, and manage reliable vendors, suppliers, and contractors. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors for timely material procurement. 
  • Billing & Documentation: 
  • Oversee vendor and client billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. 
  • Ensure documentation and commercial terms are in line with company standards. 
  • Technical & Commercial Expertise: 
  • Evaluate vendor proposals based on technical parameters and commercial terms. 
  • Ensure procurement decisions align with project specifications and quality benchmarks. 
  • Negotiation & Contracting: 
  • Drive cost optimization through effective negotiation strategies. 
  • Familiarity with standard contract clauses and commercial terms for vendor agreements. 
  • Industry Knowledge: 
  • Strong network and connections with suppliers, contractors, and tendering authorities. 
  • Hands-on experience in procurement processes within the interior fit-out industry. 

 

 

Requirements

 

  • 4–6 years of experience in procurement and tendering, preferably in interior fit-out / construction industry. 
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, vendors, and industry standards. 
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 
  • Proven track record in vendor management and cost optimization. 
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, tendering portals, and ERP tools is an added advantage.
