Senior Operations Manager

As a Senior Manager of Operations at Futureal Development Consultants Pvt. Ltd., a growing Turnkey Project Development firm based in Bangalore, India, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless project delivery, and contributing to business growth. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing and managing operations across all projects and business verticals, driving P&L ownership to ensure profitability, efficiency, and cost control, leading and scaling high-performing project and operations teams, building and strengthening relationships with clients, PMCs, architects, and industry peers, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery within budget, acting as a strategic partner to management for business expansion, and identifying and implementing operational efficiencies to optimize workflows and resource allocation. Additionally, you will represent the company at industry forums, networks, and manage client expectations to ensure exceptional satisfaction throughout project lifecycles. To qualify for this role, you should hold a BE / B.Arch degree with 10-12 years of proven experience in Project Management, Interior Fit-outs, or Design & Build firms. You must possess strong business acumen with exposure to P&L management, be a natural leader with experience in building and managing teams, have an entrepreneurial mindset, well-connected with leading industry professionals, excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within cost.
