Job Title: Senior Operations Manager
Location: Gurugram (Sector 20) - Office Based
Experience: 3-5 years
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month (in hand)

Namhya Foods is a fast-growing Ayurveda-led D2C wellness brand featured on Shark Tank India Season 1 and backed by Aman Gupta (Co-founder, boAt). We have a strong online presence across multiple e-commerce platforms and are scaling our operations rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

• Process online orders end-to-end (order receipt, processing, dispatch readiness)
• Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups and deliveries
• Handle reconciliation of orders, deliveries, COD and courier settlements
• Close commercials by matching delivered orders with payments
• Maintain daily operational data and reports using Excel
• Manage high order volumes and resolve delivery-related issues

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations (brand-side or logistics-side)
• Strong hands-on experience with order processing and dispatch
• Good working knowledge of Excel (daily tracking, reconciliation)
• Experience coordinating with logistics partners
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based role in Gurugram
