  process optimization, efficiency, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  overseas stakeholders, partners, and business units

• Monitor

  operational KPIs, budgets, timelines, and compliance

• Lead

  risk management, crisis handling, and contingency planning

• Implement

  performance discipline, reporting structures, and governance frameworks

• Support leadership with

  strategic planning and execution

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Ex-Army / Defence Services officer (Retired / VRS)

  preferred
• Strong experience in

  operations management, administration, or logistics

• Exposure to

  overseas operations or international business coordination

• High level of

  integrity, discipline, and accountability
