Role Overview-

Key Responsibilities-

1. Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across all projects and business verticals.
2. Drive P&L ownership by ensuring profitability, efficiency, and cost control.
3. Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing project and operations teams.
4. Build and strengthen relationships with clients, PMCs, architects, and industry peers.
5. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
6. Act as a strategic partner to management, contributing to business expansion and long-term growth. Identify and implement operational efficiencies to optimize workflows and resource allocation.
7. Represent the company at industry forums and networks, strengthening Futureal’s brand positioning. Manage client expectations and ensure exceptional client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.

Candidate Profile-

1. BE / B.Arch with 10–12 years of proven experience in Project Management, Interior Fit-outs, or Design & Build firms.
2. Strong business acumen with P&L management exposure.
3. A natural people’s leader with experience in building and managing teams.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and scale business operations.
5. Well-connected with leading architects, PMCs, contractors, and clients.
6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within cost.
