The Role

Mandatory Skills (must-have):

Expertise in ML & AI (classical ML, deep learning, generative AI, agentic AI)
Strong Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow, Kubeflow
LLM fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MCP integration
AI agent architectures, conversational AI, chatbots, voice AI
OCR, computer vision, document intelligence, automated validation workflows
Deep learning architectures (CNN, RNN, Transformers, GANs)
Production-grade ML deployment experience (cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP)
Strong communication skills for cross-functional global teams

Good-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of A/B testing, causal inference, experimental design
Backend exposure (Flask, Gunicorn, API development)
Workflow automation & system integration experience
