Job Description

Hocco is Hiring Position- Senior Executive-MIS Location- Bavla Ahmedabad- Gujarat Roles & Responsibilities The Senior MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and maintaining Supply Chain MIS reports for the Ice Cream vertical. The role requires handling large datasets related to procurement, logistics, inventory, warehousing, and distribution, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support smooth operations and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Develop and publish daily, weekly, and monthly Supply Chain MIS reports (Dispatch, Stock, Logistics, Vendor Performance, etc.). Track and monitor stock movement across warehouses, depots, and distributors. Maintain SKU-level reports for ice cream products (production, stock, wastage, returns). Analyze logistics cost, vehicle utilization, and route efficiency. Monitor cold chain compliance and highlight deviations in supply operations. Prepare dashboards for demand vs. supply planning and forecast accuracy. Work closely with Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to collate and validate data. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports for senior management. Automate repetitive reports using Excel (advanced functions, macros) or BI tools. Provide insights for cost optimization, wastage reduction, and improved supply efficiency. Support audits and compliance requirements for the Ice Cream vertical. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Vlookup,Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Macros). Exposure to ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally) and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau) preferred. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy. Good communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
