Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our growing fashion team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end merchandising activities, from range planning and assortment strategy to sales analysis and inventory control. You will work closely with design, production, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that our collections are both creatively strong and commercially viable.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal merchandising strategies aligned with brand goals and market trends.
• Collaborate with the design and product development teams to create commercially successful collections.
• Plan, manage, and monitor product assortments and category performance.
• Analyze sales data, consumer trends, and inventory levels to drive in-season business decisions.
• Partner with sourcing and production teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Forecast demand and ensure optimal stock levels across all channels
• Drive pricing, margin, and markdown strategies to maximize profitability.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to management.
• Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to stay ahead of trends.
• Mentor and guide junior merchandisers and team members.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail fashion/apparel industry.
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and retail math.
• Proven experience in assortment planning, sales forecasting, and inventory management.
• Commercial mindset with strong business acumen.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
