Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to lead and elevate our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong fashion sensibility, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record of creating commercially successful collections. This role is strategic and hands-on—perfect for someone who can conceptualize, design, and direct the development of fashion-forward pieces aligned with our brand’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the seasonal design development from concept to final product across all categories (e.g., apparel, accessories).
• Research fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and techniques to build innovative collections.
• Create mood boards, sketches, tech packs, and oversee sample development.
• Collaborate closely with merchandisers, product developers, and sourcing teams.
• Present collections to stakeholders and participate in range planning meetings.
• Supervise and mentor junior designers and interns.
• Ensure alignment with brand aesthetics, target customer profile, and business goals.
• Oversee fittings, quality checks, and final approvals.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure the collection is translated properly in campaigns and look books.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to inform future designs.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design (Master's preferred).
• 4+ years of fashion design experience (preferably in a senior or lead role).
• Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and commercial sensibility.
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric types, pattern-making, and production processes.
• Excellent sketching and visual presentation skills.
• Strong sense of color, trends, and silhouettes.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Exceptional time-management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to balance creativity with business-minded thinking.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
