Senior Manager-Sales

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager, Sales at Zinrelo, you will be a key player in driving company revenues. Collaborating closely with the VP & Head of Global Sales, you will oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure in various international markets. Your performance will be evaluated based on the revenue generated each quarter and annually. Key Responsibilities: - Represent the company and embody the Zinrelo brand in front of potential clients - Convert leads from diverse channels and proactively generate leads independently - Comprehend the needs, objectives, requirements, and use cases of prospects to propose tailored solutions - Conduct sales demos and presentations autonomously - Develop sales narratives and pitches customized for individual prospects - Lead negotiations on commercial and contractual terms to finalize deals - Travel to prospect sites for business meetings and deal finalization as necessary - Familiarize yourself with Zinrelo's product portfolio and address RFIs and RFPs effectively - Devise account strategies in collaboration with the sales team and coordinate with other departments for joint go-to-market initiatives - Formulate innovative sales tactics and ensure comprehensive reporting and CRM adherence Qualifications Required: - Interact with Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Product & Engineering teams - Offer insights, grasp use cases, and refine sales approaches - Display meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset - Possess expertise in B2B software and services sales within international arenas - Demonstrate adept solutioning abilities and exceptional communication skills with global clientele - Deliver presentations to Zinrelo Clients and cultivate positive relationships at a CXO level - Previous involvement in online marketplaces and e-commerce is advantageous - Hold an educational background in engineering, marketing, or business - Be proactive, well-organized, self-motivated, with a potential background in software engineering In your role as a Senior Manager, Sales at Zinrelo, you will experience a dynamic, challenging, and rewarding position that significantly contributes to the company's growth and success.,
