Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at Schneider Electric, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of technical products, solutions, and services, with a main focus on Power Products, Digital Energy, Industrial Automation, Home & Distribution, and Ecostruxure - Software & Services under the guidance of the Panel Builder Sales Head. Your role will involve developing networking strategies and implementing sales actions with panel builders to maximize business opportunities, achieve sales targets, and build strong relationships with customers and partners. Key Responsibilities: - Develop networking strategies and implement sales actions with panel builders for Schneider Electric products such as ACB, MCCB, MCB, Contactors, Relay, Digital Power meter, and Drives - Establish and maintain good relationships with Panel Builder (PnB) and distributors management and team - Liaise closely with End Users, Prescription, and Sales teams to ensure full engagement coverage on project ecosystems - Build relationships with customers and partners to achieve assigned sales and corporate goals - Demonstrate technical expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment - Develop annual business plans for key accounts according to the company strategy to meet or exceed assigned targets - Negotiate and close new business opportunities to drive growth in sales and gross margin - Manage customer responsiveness and overall customer satisfaction before and after execution - Work closely with the wider SE sales teams to ensure project wins Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technical products industry - Strong networking and relationship-building skills - Excellent negotiation and communication abilities - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - High level of technical knowledge relevant to job responsibilities Note: Schneider Electric is committed to inclusivity, ethics, and sustainability.
