As a Senior Manager Sales in our Real Estate Division at Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana, Punjab, you will have the following key responsibilities: - Lead the sales team to achieve project sales targets and revenue goals. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans for real estate projects. - Manage client relations, corporate sales, and channel partner networks. - Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking. - Train and mentor sales executives for performance improvement. - Collaborate with marketing and project teams for promotional strategies. To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or Real Estate. - 8-15 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in leadership roles. - Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
