Job Description

We are Hiring Process Co-Ordinator (Accounts) Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Coordinator for the Accounts Department to manage and streamline document and task flows using the Flow Management System (FMS). This role involves regular follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely processing, approvals, and closures of accounting-related workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination, tracking, and documentation skills. Key Responsibilities: Operate and manage accounting workflows in the Flow Management System (FMS). Ensure smooth movement of documents (such as invoices, approvals, and vouchers) through defined process stages. Follow up with departments like Purchase, Projects, Admin, and HR for timely submission and clearance of accounting-related documentation. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for invoice submissions, clarifications, and payment updates. Track and report the status of bills, approvals, and payments; flag delays or bottlenecks. Maintain accurate digital and physical records for audit and compliance purposes. Prepare and update daily/weekly MIS reports related to workflow status. Assist in identifying and resolving process delays or documentation gaps. Support the Accounts team in maintaining process discipline and documentation hygiene. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in a coordination or process support role, preferably in Accounts or Admin. Proficiency in using digital workflow tools or Flow Management Systems. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Strong follow-up, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively. Detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive. How to Apply?
