Job Description

As a Strategic Account Manager (loyalty programs) at Zinrelo, you will work closely with a diverse portfolio of Zinrelo's largest global clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that these clients achieve their loyalty program objectives by effectively utilizing Zinrelo's offerings. You will serve as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in developing customized loyalty strategies, supporting their implementation, and evaluating performance based on mutually defined benchmarks. Building enduring relationships with clients is crucial to enhance customer retention, drive account growth, and create referenceable clientele. Your role also involves acting as a liaison between clients and internal Zinrelo teams to address critical customer needs and contribute to client success. This position is based in Pune, India. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to understand their business and loyalty program goals, defining critical objectives and metrics in alignment with client objectives, providing expert guidance in formulating and executing optimized loyalty strategies, offering hands-on support for strategy implementation, analyzing performance data to track KPIs and metrics, engaging with clients regularly to address their needs, cultivating trusted relationships at various levels, advocating for client needs, delivering presentations on Zinrelo's value proposition, gathering client feedback to inform operational strategies, achieving timely contract renewals, and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer applications/IT, strong analytical skills, financial acumen, enthusiasm for helping clients achieve business objectives, demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, organizational abilities, self-motivation, adaptability, and focus on results. Being a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills is essential. Desirable knowledge, skills, abilities, and background include experience/expertise in loyalty programs, familiarity with e-commerce (especially in the retail industry), and experience working with international clients, particularly in the USA.,
