Job Description

As a strategic and data-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager at Zinrelo, you will be responsible for developing and executing personalized and targeted marketing campaigns for high-value target accounts. Collaborating with sales, product, and customer success teams, you will design and implement account-based strategies to enhance customer engagement, generate qualified leads, and accelerate revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include leading the creation and implementation of the ABM strategy, aligning marketing initiatives with sales goals, and working closely with cross-functional teams to share insights and coordinate campaign execution. You will identify and segment target accounts based on readiness to buy, firmographic data, and potential revenue impact, and develop highly targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to the specific needs and buying behavior of each account. Collaborating with content teams, you will create account-specific assets such as whitepapers, case studies, emails, landing pages, and sales decks that resonate with target accounts" pain points and objectives. Leveraging ABM tools like 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, and HubSpot, you will execute campaigns, track performance, and optimize engagement. Additionally, you will define KPIs for ABM campaigns, analyze performance, and make data-driven recommendations to improve strategies. To be successful in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years focused on ABM in a SaaS environment. Demonstrated tenacity, a constant desire to learn, a bias to action, and strong analytical skills are essential. Proficiency in ABM platforms and CRM tools, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to think strategically are also required. Experience in content development, project management, and delivering measurable results will be advantageous. If you have experience in the SaaS or tech industry, familiarity with customer segmentation, persona development, and advanced personalization tactics, it will be considered a plus.
