As an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager at Zinrelo, your role is crucial in driving personalized and targeted marketing campaigns for high-value accounts. You will collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to design and execute strategies that enhance customer engagement, generate leads, and accelerate revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Develop and Execute ABM Strategy:** Lead the creation and implementation of account-based marketing strategies for high-value target accounts, aligning marketing initiatives with sales goals. - **Cross-Department Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to align on goals, share insights, and coordinate campaign execution. - **Account Segmentation:** Identify and segment target accounts based on readiness to buy, firmographic data, and potential revenue impact. - **Personalized Campaigns:** Develop highly targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to the specific needs and buying behavior of each account. - **Content Creation and Customization:** Collaborate with content teams to create account-specific assets that resonate with each target account's pain points and objectives. - **Technology and Tools:** Leverage ABM tools to execute campaigns, track performance, and optimize engagement. - **Reporting and Optimization:** Define KPIs, track performance, analyze effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations to improve strategies. - **Account Intelligence:** Gather and analyze insights about target accounts to inform marketing tactics. - **Lead Nurturing and Acceleration:** Design strategies to nurture leads, accelerate sales cycles, and increase win rates. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - **Experience:** 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years focused on ABM in a SaaS environment. - **Utmost Grit & Persistence:** Demonstrated tenacity and resilience in driving initiatives forward. - **Curiosity:** Constant desire to learn, experiment, and adapt to new trends in marketing and ABM. - **Bias to Action:** Proactive approach to identifying opportunities, tackling challenges, and executing campaigns. - **Knowledge of ABM Tools:** Proficiency in ABM platforms and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, or Terminus. - **Data-Driven:** Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns. - **Collaboration:** Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with teams. - **Strategic Thinking:** Ability to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives. - **Content Development:** Experience in creating and tailoring content to different stages of the buyer journey. - **Project Management:** Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines. - **Results-Oriented:** Proven ability to execute campaigns that drive measurable results. In addition to the above qualifications, experience in the SaaS or tech industry, familiarity with customer segmentation, persona development, and targeting strategies, as well as knowledge of advanced personalization tactics, would be beneficial for this role.,
