Senior Manager Sales

As a Sales Manager for outdoor HPCL hoardings advertising business in the Kerala region, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and targeted sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Kerala region. - Identify and onboard new clients including brands, media agencies, and direct advertisers. - Manage and grow existing key accounts through strong relationship management. - Work closely with the operations and site acquisition team to ensure availability and quality of hoarding sites. - Understand client requirements and provide customized OOH solutions. - Track competitor activity and market trends; provide regular feedback to the management team. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis as needed. - Represent the company at local industry events and client meetings. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 7 years of experience in Outdoor Hoardings / OOH Media Sales, with strong exposure to the Kerala market. - Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets. - Strong network of clients and media buying agencies in the region. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage a team (if required). - Willingness to travel across Kerala as per business requirements. - Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory). Preferred Qualities: - Local language proficiency (Malayalam) along with English. - Deep knowledge of local market geography and hoarding regulations. - High energy, self-motivated, and result-oriented attitude.
