Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to drive strategic account growth and customer success in MEA Region. The ideal candidate will combine enterprise sales acumen with account management expertise, owning end-to-end client relationships from lead generation and acquisition to delivery oversight, renewals, and expansion. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and value realization, while achieving revenue growth and account profitability targets.
JOB RESPONSBILITIES
Business Development & Sales
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities for Nucleus's products and services (e.g., FinnOne Neo, FinnAxia, IT Services). Generate and manage a robust pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to meet revenue targets (USD 2M annual target or as defined). Execute the complete sales cycle lead generation, qualification, pitch, proposal, negotiation, and closure. Collaborate with Marketing for campaigns, events, ABM initiatives, and lead generation activities. Develop customized value propositions, presentations, and proposals aligned with client needs. Analyze regional markets, competition, and trends to formulate and execute sales strategies.Account Management & Customer Success
Own the end-to-end customer relationship ensuring satisfaction, retention, and engagement. Drive Voice of Customer (VOC), NPS improvements, and proactive management of at-risk (RED) accounts. Manage renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Plan and lead customer engagement activities, such as events, meetups, and milestone celebrations. Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and transition to delivery teams. Act as a single point of contact between customer stakeholders and internal delivery teams.Account Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with customer and organizational goals. Drive account retention and risk mitigation initiatives. Identify opportunities for new solution areas and change requests to expand account footprint. Track account performance metrics renewals, revenue realization, and profitability.Contract & Financial Governance
Oversee AMC renewals, contract addendums, and payment follow-ups. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and accurate documentation. Track and report account-level financials, aging, and profitability. Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams for smooth contract governance.Delivery & Program Excellence
Oversee program delivery and ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. Track project financials, resource utilization, and delivery KPIs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded. Monitor program progress using Microsoft Project (MSP) and related tools.Relationship Building & Market Engagement
Build trust-based relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, customers, and partners. Serve as a strategic liaison, ensuring alignment between customer objectives and Nucleus's offerings. Participate in industry events, webinars, and customer forums to strengthen brand visibility and engagement. Gather and share market intelligence and customer insights with product and leadership teams.RequirementsSkills:
18+ years of total experience in Enterprise Sales / Account Management within Software / IT Services / BFSI domain.
