Key Responsibilities: Application Maintenance: Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in IBM Datacap-based document capture applications. Development and Integration: Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement .NET components that integrate with IBM Datacap. Develop and maintain APIs, plugins, and scripts to support document capture workflows. Assist in creating and modifying Datacap rules, actions, and configurations to meet business requirements. Testing and Deployment: Participate in testing to ensure document capture applications perform as expected after updates. Assist in deploying updates and patches following established CI/CD processes. Documentation and Support: Document application changes, workflows, and configurations for knowledge sharing and maintenance. Provide support to end-users and respond to queries related to document capture applications. Learning and Growth: Stay updated on IBM Datacap features and best practices for document capture solutions. Continuously improve .NET development skills and explore opportunities for automation in document workflows. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of .NET Framework, .NET Core, or C#. Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle. Understanding of APIs and integration concepts (e.g., REST, SOAP). Willingness to learn IBM Datacap and document capture technologies. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical role.
