Job Description

As a Senior HR Professional at Channelling Bees, a fast-growing advertising company specializing in digital out-of-home (DOOH) media, your role will be crucial in leading all HR functions with a strategic and hands-on approach. With at least 10 years of experience in the Outdoor Hoardings or OOH Advertising industry, you will play a key role in balancing workforce planning, compliance, performance management, field team coordination, and organizational development. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic HR leadership by developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business goals across various teams. Talent acquisition and workforce planning will also be a vital aspect of your role, involving recruitment for all functions and developing talent pipelines for high-volume project-based hires. In terms of employee relations and performance management, you will be responsible for fostering a high-performance culture through structured appraisals, KPIs, and performance metrics. Managing employee grievances, engagement activities, and retention strategies will be crucial for both field and office employees. Ensuring compliance with all labor laws, such as PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, and Contract Labor Act, will be part of your responsibilities. You will also need to monitor workplace safety policies, particularly for on-ground field teams and high-risk hoarding installations. Additionally, you will be required to identify training gaps and organize necessary training programs for field staff. Managing vendor relationships, contract labor, and standardizing SOPs for site crew management will also fall under your purview. To excel in this role, you should possess a Master's in Human Resources, MBA-HR, or PGDM-HR, along with at least 10 years of HR experience, preferably with a minimum of 5 years in the OOH, advertising, media, construction, logistics, or similar sectors. Strong leadership, negotiation, and crisis-management skills, along with a solid understanding of statutory compliances and HR best practices, will be essential for success. In this fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment that blends field and office work, occasional travel to field locations, media sites, and vendor meetings may be required. You should also be prepared to handle operational HR matters beyond regular office hours during campaign rollouts or emergencies.
