About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Operations Manager to oversee HPCL Hoarding Operations across the South West Cochin region. The ideal candidate will manage multiple outdoor advertising sites, coordinate with electrical and maintenance teams, ensure smooth campaign execution, and prepare detailed client reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all hoarding sites across the South West Cochin region.
Coordinate with the electrical department to ensure all lighting systems are operational.
Plan, monitor, and oversee campaign installations and executions.
Capture high-quality campaign photographs and prepare PowerPoint reports for clients.
Maintain effective coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Candidate Requirements:
Must be based in South West Kerala with strong knowledge of the local geography.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising industry.
Excellent operational and team management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and reporting tools.
Strong communication and field coordination abilities.
